Resilience For Life

Managing anxiety and worry

Stress and anxiety are problems detracting from the quality of life of so many people in today’s world.

Stress management can stop anxiety and stress from interfering with work, relationships, family routine and life in general. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-tested way to eliminate unnecessary panic, fear and avoidance with simple techniques.

STEPS-2-MANHOOD

The first validated program providing boys with tools to develop a positive male identity

What does it mean to be a male in today’s world? Is your son ready to take those first steps towards becoming a successful and well adjusted young man? Boys throughout adolescence face many challenges and expectations on their road to adulthood. They are bombarded with conflicting views on what it means to be a man, often leading to confusion, loss of motivation and a poor self-image.
