Testimonials for FUN FRIENDS Family Adventure Workbooks

I bought the family book for 4,5,6, year olds and have been using it with my daughter (nearly 4). We had already done some things with her, like recognising other people’s expressions and feelings, but not as systematically!

We all really love the red and green thinking and she is getting very good at this game! (So are we) I love the language of helpful and unhelpful and I love the notion that we all have red thoughts, but we can also choose to think green thoughts!

We talk about chasing away the red thoughts because they’re not helping and practise finding green thoughts that will make us feel better!
