Become a Facilitator in the FRIENDS Programs

Would you like to be trained in our wonderful FRIENDS programs?

There are two options available to professionals wanting to be trained in the program:

1. Workshops

As a professional working with children or youth you can participate in an interactive FRIENDS training workshop over one full day. Once you have completed the one-day workshop you will become fully certified FRIENDS facilitators.

2. Staff In-services

If your school or organisation has a large number of staff wanting to be trained in the FRIENDS program, we can send an accredited FRIENDS trainer to you to run a one-day staff inservice.

All participants will become fully certified FRIENDS facilitators once they have completed the one-day workshop.

Psychologists

Psychologists are welcome to attend FRIENDS workshops and use the program in their practice. However, they must seek permission from the author to use the trademark “FRIENDS for Life” and operate under a license agreement.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Full payment must be made prior to attending the workshop. An invoice and payment options will be forwarded on receipt of this registration form. Workshops may be cancelled or rescheduled if there are insufficient participant numbers.
  • Pathways will notify participants as soon as this decision is made and a full refund or alternative workshop date will be offered.
  • Cancellations must be received in writing at Pathways Health and Research Centre two (2) weeks prior to the workshop date. Refunds will be given less an administration fee of $100.00. Please note that no refunds are possible after this date.
  • Registrations are transferable to another person on notification to Pathways.
  • Workshops may be cancelled or rescheduled if there are insufficient participant numbers. Pathways will notify participants as soon as this decision is made and a full refund or alternative workshop date will be offered.
